Each user is permitted to maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts or allowing others to use your account is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts.
The Beyond Broke Mastermind app is designed to foster a supportive and collaborative community environment. Users must conduct themselves in a manner that promotes positive interaction and respects the rights of others. Beyond Broke has established comprehensive community guidelines to ensure a safe and productive environment for all users.
Users of the Service expressly agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities: Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to promote illegal activities; harassing, intimidating, or causing distress to other users; posting content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, or discriminatory based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or age; impersonating any person or entity, including Beyond Broke employees or representatives; attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users’ accounts or the Service’s technical systems; distributing spam, chain letters, or other unsolicited communications; uploading or transmitting viruses, malware, or other malicious code; interfering with or disrupting the Service or servers connected to the Service; or collecting or harvesting any personally identifiable information from other users of the Service without their express consent.
Beyond Broke maintains the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against anyone who violates these provisions, including but not limited to, removing offending content, terminating accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
There is a zero tolerance policy for the exploitation or endangerment of children. Offenders will be banned, blacklisted, and reported to the authorities. Action will be swift and carried out with extreme prejudice. CSAM stands for child sexual abuse material. It is illegal and our Terms of Service prohibit using our platform to share this content. CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAE refers to child sexual abuse and exploitation, including content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, for example, grooming a child for sexual exploitation, sextorting a child, trafficking of a child for sex, or otherwise sexually exploiting a child. Sharing of material (CSAM) or exploitation (CSAE or otherwise) in any form is entirely unacceptable.
When you post, upload, share, store, or otherwise provide content through the Beyond Broke Mastermind app (“User Content”), you retain all ownership rights in such content. However, by posting User Content, you grant Beyond Broke a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Service and Beyond Broke’s business operations, including but not limited to promoting and redistributing part or all of the Service in any media formats and through any media channels.
You represent and warrant that: You own or control all rights in and to the User Content you post; you have the right to grant the license described above; and your User Content does not violate the privacy rights, publicity rights, copyrights, contract rights, intellectual property rights, or any other rights of any person or entity. You agree to pay for all royalties, fees, and any other monies owing any person by reason of any User Content you post on or through the Service.
Beyond Broke Mastermind reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, for any reason, at the sole discretion of management. Membership termination may be handled on a case-by-case basis, depending on the circumstances and the judgment of Beyond Broke management.
Refunds are not guaranteed. Because the Service provides access to information and digital content that cannot be returned, any requests for refunds will be reviewed individually and granted only at the discretion of management.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions, which shall continue to be binding and enforceable.
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and Beyond Broke, LLC regarding your use of the Beyond Broke Mastermind app and supersede any prior agreements between you and Beyond Broke, LLC regarding the Service. Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the Terms remain in full force and effect.
